Raising the second most in this financial reporting period is Greco, who pulled in $88,334. Third is Llanes Pulido, who raised $71,077, and coming in last is Tovo, who raised $57,472.

“Doug Greco appears to have outperformed the other two challengers, which I think is a little unexpected,” Wick said.

He added that political insiders generally expected Tovo would outpace the other challengers “because of her time on the council and the fact that she’s fairly well known amongst political insiders and donors.”
