Endorsement Announcement: Eugene Sepulveda and Steven Tomlinson

The Doug Greco for Austin Mayor Campaign is proud to announce endorsements from Austin community leaders Eugene Sepulveda and Steven Tomlinson. Both have been pillars in Austin’s nonprofit, philanthropic, and business communities for decades. Eugene Sepulveda previously served as Campaign Treasurer and an unofficial Senior Advisor to Mayor Steve Adler, he Co-Chaired President Obama’s LGBTQ Leadership Council, and served for two terms as vice chair of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce.

“Austin needs a loud & proud Democrat to represent the Capital of Texas. Placating Abbott, Patrick & Paxton is not who we are,” said Mr. Sepulveda. “Doug’s 29 years advocating for middle & working class families and excellent leadership of several organizations is what Austin needs at this time – affordability, workforce development, public education, completing an expanded vision for Project Connect, long term solutions to homelessness, and not being afraid to represent Democrats makes Doug the best candidate.”
